“Have stayed on this site many times over the past few years, nice level grass pitch, plenty of room and close to the M6. Owners Ian and Annette are very nice. We love staying here, especially if you get nice weather, peaceful and relaxing. We have a list of favourite CL sites and this one is in the top 3. 

Close enough to Penrith, Keswick etc and the northern lakes which are so much nicer than the southern lakes. We have also used this as a overnight stop off point on our way to Scotland. Top CL site!

"Excellent Value for Money"

 We have returned from a week away at this CL during the half term holiday. The CL owner greeted us on the first day with a warm and friendly welcome. Siting was really easy with the field being so flat and loads of space for us to pick our own pitch. The site is absolutely beautiful with lovely views all around and extremely peaceful with nothing but farming and the sounds of nature. The upkeep of the site was second to none, very clean, very tidy.  We were very lucky with the weather, but even on the day it rained the field stayed very strong and firm. Even if it had been typical British rainy weather all week we would have still loved being on this site and staying in the caravan. A huge and massive thank you to the owners, we have already recommended your site to lots of our caravanning friends.
